R&D Center
The R&D center of Zhejiang BST Technology Co., Ltd. is a center of innovation, R&D and design that integrates "production,teaching, research and use." The company has established long-term cooperation relation with China Jiliang University for innovation and R&D in the direction of developing and applying new materials of environmental protection. It is leading in the high-tech field of new-type and environmental home, ship, granary and other high-tech products. Professional talents have been cultivated and reserved during innovation, R&D and design.
The center of innovation, R&D and design adheres to the tenet of serving market, serving users and serving the company and the spirit of working conscientiously, behaving honestly, innovating and struggling. A new industry-university-research-use platform has been built to contribute to the realization of "Made in China 2025" depending on practical action.
Since the center of innovation, R&D and design was established, it has carried out the R&D and design of new-type and environmental home, boat, granary and other high-tech products. Plentiful achievements have been got. High-tech products of the center of innovation, R&D and design have been acknowledged by users after being putting into market, including Galaxy Villa, hovercraft, fishing boat and barbecue boat. 6 patents tor invention, 16 patents for utility models and 25 appearance patents have been applied for. Firm support of technology, talents and manufacturing can be supplied for development of the company.
The center of innovation, R&D and design invites the expert team led by professor Zhou Xiaojiang of China Jiliang University-domestic famous product design expert and specially invites Chen Zhisong—a famous expert coming from Taiwan, China to be the counselor of the center of innovation, R&D and design.
There are 3 professors, 1 senior engineer, 3 masters and 8 undergraduates in the center. They focus on the R&D and design of Galaxy Villa, boat, granary and other high-tech products.
An expert in technical committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association. He has applied for 13 patents for invention, more than 30 patents for utility models and 10 appearance patents. In 2011, he got key subsidy for major science and technology projects in Wenling. The Rotomolding and Advanced Manufacturing Technology for Large Hollow Heterotype Plastics led by him got second prize for scientific and technological invention of China Light Industry Council in 2017.
Vice-president of College of Art and Communication, China Jiliang University, master, associate professor, a member of China Industrial Design Association, the executive member of Zhejiang Industrial Design Association, main research directions: research and development of intelligent products, industrial design and R&D of electromechanical and industrial equipment, design culture. He has hosted 2 provincial and ministerial level projects, participated in 3 national projects as principle member and participated in 2 provincial key projects as principle member. 15 academic papers, 1 monograph and 3 books have been published. Besides, he has got 1 third prize of Ministry of Education for scientific research thesis, 1 first prize of Zhejiang, 2 Red Dot Awards, 1 IF award and 28 patents.
Scholar of electromagnetic navigation technology graduating from Department of Technology, NationalChia Tung University, Master of Business Administration of business administration research institution,Soochow University. He once worked as a lecturer in Taking University of Science and Technology, the R&D director and general manager of LITEON Group and the senior counselor of Taiwan Chuancheng Business Administration Consultation Co., Ltd. Now he works as the technical guide of the center of innovation, R&D and design, Zhejiang BST Technology Co., Ltd. and the company management counselor. He has made outstanding contribution to the design of structure and intelligent application of Galaxy Villa, the R&D and design work of the center of innovation, R&D and design.
The assistant of president of College of Art and Communication, China Jiliang University, working on industrial design and teaching research. With abundant design experience and innovation spirit, he has published a few papers, 1 monograph and 2 textbooks of industrial design, hosted 1 scientific research project of Zhejiang Education Department and 1 project of Zhejiang Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences Circles, got many design achievements in the aspects of communication media, household appliances, instruments and apparatus, medical facility and interactive self-service equipment and got more than 20 design patents.
Scholar graduating from Industrial Design Department, China Jiliang University, industrial designer. Now he works as the deputy director of the center of innovation, R&D and design, Zhejiang BST Technology Co.,Ltd. and the senior designer of Wenling Industrial Design Research Center, China Jiliang University: He joined the project team in March 2016 and has been mainly working on molding, structuring, light and indoor design. He has accumulated abundant experience in design of aquatic recreation and leisure products and participated in, led and designed Jiangsu Changzhou aquatic recreation project of dinosaur park, Galaxy Villa of Zhejiang BST Technology Co., Ltd., rotomolding ship etc. Chen has got 3 patents and 3 prizes of industrial design.
The manager of technical division, Zhejiang BST Technology Co., Ltd., process and application engineer, mainly working on modeling, structuring, design and process improvement. He has accumulated abundant experience in rotomolding field and has participated in and led the design of fishing boat, hovercraft, aquatic hotel, serial rotomolding project etc. Besides, Jiang has applied for 6 patents for utility models and 5 appearance patents.
